Toronto, but specifically the Toronto media that constantly forgets Ottawa exists except during federal elections. 'When something happens in Ottawa that doesn't involve Parliament, Toronto reporters look at their phones like they've never heard of the city.' Also gentle side-eye at Gatineau for being basically Ottawa but pretending not to be.
