Your Brandon kid just hit Broadway. "Scheen," eh?

Your kid just made it to Broadway, and you wouldn't believe it

Good morning from the wheat belt — five communities, strong roots, and stories worth your time.

You know, sometimes you read a story and you just think, "Scheen, once." Paul Alexander Nolan, a fellow from Brandon, is sinking his teeth into a Broadway musical – "The Lost Boys." And not just some small part, no. He's got a big role, right there on the biggest stage. Broadway! From Brandon, Manitoba. It makes you proud to think about it, truly. It’s a real testament to what hard work and a bit of prairie grit can do.

### What This Means for Brandon

* **Local Pride:** It's a huge deal for our arts community here in Brandon. You think about all the kids at Vincent Massey High, or down at the Western Manitoba Centennial Auditorium, dreaming big. This shows them it’s possible.

* **Talent Pipeline:** It reminds us that talent isn't just born in big cities. We've got plenty of it right here, whether it's on the stage, in the fields, or running a business in the North End.

* **Small Town, Big Dreams:** It connects us, you know? When someone from our own backyard makes it big, it feels like a win for everyone who’s ever driven down Richmond Avenue or walked along the Assiniboine River.

It’s just something, isn't it? To think of a young man, probably spending his days like many of us, maybe catching a Wheat Kings game once in a while, and now he's under the bright lights of New York City. It makes you feel like the world isn't so big, and our community has a reach you might not always expect. Oba nä, it’s a good day for Brandon once.
