🏛 EXCLUSIVE: CITY HALL DATA — Only on The Desk

Philly's top 311 complaint this week is a mystery.

Philly, you won't believe this jawn or nah?

Listen, you know I'm always checking in on what’s happening down at City Hall, trying to see what kinda wooder is in the wooder cooler, you feel me? And let me tell you, this week’s 311 service request data got me lookin' sideways.

**The Real Talk on 311 Calls**

So, while we all out here thinking the biggest problem is potholes or that one jawn who keeps dumpin' their trash on the corner of 52nd and Spruce, the number one complaint for 311 requests this week was "Miscellaneous." Yeah, you heard that right. "Miscellaneous." Like, what even *is* that, Philly? Are we talkin' about folks callin' about their neighbor's bad attitude? Or maybe a squirrel causing too much drama in Clark Park? It ain't even specific enough to give us the real dirt, or nah?

Meanwhile, "Hydrant Request" and "Inlet Cleaning" are way down the list, and "Illegal Dumping" is still up there, but not number one. I'm not even gonna hold you, "Miscellaneous" being the top jawn tells me folks are either reporting stuff so wild it doesn't fit a category, or the city needs to get more specific with their options. What are we *really* complaining about, Philly? We gotta know what’s under that "Miscellaneous" umbrella if we wanna fix anything.

That's the jawn, Philly — we don't do fake out here.
