Alright, MiTL Nation, I'm seeing "pranks for April Fools" trending today. And honestly, it got me thinking about something a little deeper than who got fake-spider-ed this morning.

We just talked on the show about April Fools pranks that teach leadership. And it made me reflect on how often we, as a community, fall for pranks in our own lives. Not the funny kind. The ones that tell us we can't, or we shouldn't, or it's not our place. Those little voices, sometimes external, sometimes internal, that play tricks on us and keep us from stepping up.

Preston and I talk about this all the time. Those community promises that don't materialize, the grand gestures that never turn into real action. It's a prank on our trust. But we have a choice, always. We can fall for it, or we can choose to lead ourselves first.

You don't need a perfect plan. You need a next step. So, what's one prank, one limiting belief, you're choosing to call out today? And what's the smallest action you're taking to prove it wrong? Share it with us. Let's build some momentum, together.
