People down there are really dug in against this new 200-megawatt project, and they're worried sick about their land, their livelihoods, and what it means for the peace and quiet of rural living. They’re saying this multi-million dollar setup, backed by the Manitoba Métis Federation, could mess with property values and the natural environment they depend on.
