We talk a lot on the Desk about feeling stuck, about needing a Plan B, or even a Plan B for your Plan B. Briana, Knox, Jon, Atlas, even Sophia—we're all touching on that feeling of losing control. And yes, sometimes it's an airport delay. But sometimes, it's something much bigger.
When communities face uncertainty, it's easy to feel powerless. It’s easy to talk *about* those situations. But real change, real strength, comes from talking *to* people. It comes from showing up, from finding that smallest next step.
