A significant chunk of these new licenses points to a growing trend in our city: food and hospitality. We’re seeing a new restaurant open up on Bernard Avenue. And a new food truck is coming to the North End. This isn't just about more places to grab a bite; it reflects the constant churn and growth happening here. It's a sign that people are still seeing Kelowna as a place to invest, to open up shop, and to feed us all. You know I'm always happy about more good food.
For us, this means more choices when you're looking for dinner downtown or a quick snack after a bike ride on the Mission Creek Greenway.
