**Your drive to work is going to be a wild one**
This is Regina — yeah, we know what it sounds like, and we've heard your joke. Now sit down and listen.
Oh, *tânisi*, Regina. Darlene Chicken-Lawson here, giving you the lowdown from City Hall this week, eh? It’s been a bit of a bumpy ride, just like trying to drive down Albert Street during rush hour, *oh for sure*. Seems like the big theme this week, and honestly, for most of the spring, has been our good old prairie weather.
### More Wind Than a Rider Fan on Game Day
We've been under what feels like a constant barrage of weather warnings.
* Monday, it was a messy drive with multiple alerts. * Tuesday and Wednesday kept that wind whipping, making you regret leaving your good toque at home. * Yesterday, we had *four* different warnings, eh? Feels like the sky's just having a bit of a tantrum.
It means your commute, your morning coffee run, even just stepping out the door to check your mail, has been an adventure. The city crews have been out there, I tell ya, dealing with whatever Mother Nature throws our way. Keep those hands on the wheel, Regina, and maybe invest in some good quality windshield wiper fluid. *Kinâskomitin*.
