Sis, you're already living in plain sight.

I'm watching some of the chatter today, and I see "doxing" trending. It’s a word that carries a certain kind of chill, isn't it? The exposure. The vulnerability. And it makes me think about how many of us, particularly women of color in certain spaces, live with a different kind of exposure every day. Not always malicious, not always intentional in the way doxing is, but constant nonetheless.

You walk into a room, and your very existence is often a statement. You’re seen, not just as an individual, but as a representation. Every success, every misstep, can feel amplified. It's a weight. I’ve read the bio, and it is impressive. But I'm here to honor the woman who had to survive the chapters that didn't make the press release.

That constant visibility, that feeling of being under a microscope… it can be exhausting. You’re running a race that finished ten years ago. Slow down. Because even when the world isn't trying to expose you, sometimes it feels like you're already living in plain sight, with little room for error or for just… being. Sis, take a breath. You are safe to be human here. Remember that.
