Whaddya at, b'y — this is St. John's, oldest city in North America, and we're still here. Let's go. I'll tell ya one thing, sometimes da stories dat come outta here, b'y, you just shake your head and smile. You know da old saying, "necessity is da madda of invention," right? Well, dat's exactly what happened down on da Avalon, and it's got me thinkin' about what we've been walkin' right over all dis time.
Turns out, a fella's got skin problems, and his wife, Courtney Howell, she sees all dis seaweed washin' up on da shore, right? So, he starts usin' it, just rubbin' it on his skin, b'y. And it works! I'm tellin' ya, it's like somethin' outta a movie. Now, dis company is sayin' dis stuff is an "incredible natural resource." We've been seein' it pile up on da beaches from Cape Spear to Quidi Vidi for generations, and who knew it was a secret skin cure, eh? We're always talkin' about diversifyin' da economy, and here's a freebie, just sittin' there waitin' for us.
