Alright, Nation. I’m seeing a lot of chatter about “gen z” today, and it’s getting me thinking. We talk so much on the Desk about big changes, about building, about what’s next. Keith’s always pushing us to build, and he’s right. But sometimes, especially when you’re young, or feeling a little lost, that "building" can feel like this massive, overwhelming mountain.
I’ve seen too many good people get stuck at the base because they’re waiting for the perfect plan, or the perfect moment. And you know what? That’s not how momentum works. It’s reps. It’s one small step, then another. You don't need a perfect plan. You need a next step.
When I talk to folks in our community, they’re not usually worried about "sextinction" or "sulfuric acid" in their day-to-day. They’re worried about making rent, about finding a job that lights them up, about feeling connected. And I get it. It’s about strong mornings, honest evenings.
So, if you’re out there, feeling that weight, looking at those big ideas we talk about and thinking, "Where do I even start?" Just name one thing. One excuse out, one action in. What’s one tiny thing you can do today to move forward? Tell me.
