### Alarm at location pending. What's happening?
Okay but real talk—first things first, fam. Our live intelligence monitors just pinged an active alarm single source incident dispatched at 9:56:44 AM on June 12, 2026. The location is still pending from the Toronto Fire Services dispatch, but we're keeping our eyes peeled for updates on that. Could be anything from a false alarm to something more serious, but for now, it's an active incident that just dropped this morning.
Meanwhile, over at the TTC, there's some interesting stuff from the June 3, 2026 meeting. Councillor Dianne Saxe voted "Yes" on four separate motions that day, all of which carried. This includes the Indigenous Wayfinding on the TTC presentation, which passed 5-3, and commemorating former TTC Chair Howard Moscoe, which passed 9-0. Also, the ratification of the collective agreement between the TTC and CUPE, Local 2, passed 7-3, with both Saxe and Chair Jamaal Myers voting "Yes." This is big, because labour agreements impact literally everyone who relies on public transit, which is pretty much all of us outside the downtown core, let's be real.
* **Active Incident:** Alarm single source, dispatched 2026-06-12T09:56:44. Location pending. * **TTC Votes:** Four motions carried on June 3, 2026, including Indigenous Wayfinding and the CUPE Local 2 collective agreement. * **Key Votes:** Councillor Dianne Saxe voted "Yes" on all four, as did Chair Jamaal Myers on the CUPE agreement.
The next Two-Spirit, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer Advisory Committee meeting is scheduled for July 7, 2026. Always good to see these committees stay active, keeping community voices front and centre. We'll be watching for what comes out of that.
Real talk, this is Toronto — stay up.
