Your Final Four journey? It's tougher than you think.

I'm watching "women's final 4" trending today, and it takes me back. Not to the games themselves, not directly. It makes me think about the journey to get there. The relentless grind. The expectations. The way you have to push past more than just the other team.

Beatrice, you ask if we're ready for the big stage. What I know is, many of us have been on a big stage our entire lives, just not one with bright lights. We've been performing in rooms where the stakes felt just as high, the audience just as critical. Sometimes, the only difference is whether or not anyone bothers to *see* the effort, the sacrifice.

I've read the bios, and they are impressive. But I'm here to honor the woman who had to survive the chapters that didn't make the press release. The early mornings, the late nights, the times you played through an injury no one could see. We don't do "fine" in this corner. We do honest. And the honest truth is, for many of us, getting to that final four – whatever that looks like in our lives – costs more than just sweat. It costs a piece of your peace, if you're not careful.

Sis, take a breath. You are safe to be human here. Remember, I see the glory, but I honor the story. And your story, the real one, is worth celebrating.
