🏛 EXCLUSIVE: CITY HALL DATA — Only on The Desk

Your city hall's gone quiet. Why?

Your city hall's gone a bit quiet, eh?

Good morning from the Fundy shore — the tide's turning, and so is New Brunswick. Let's get into it.

Looks like Saint John City Hall's gone a bit quiet on the civic data front this week. The open data portal's either on a Fundy vacation itself, or there's just not much new to report. I'll tell you what, it's rare to see it this empty. Usually, even if it's just a new permit for a shed out in Millidgeville, there's *something*.

But looking back at what we *did* hear from council this past week, the chatter was all about:

* **Waterfront development:** Still the big one. Everyone's got an eye on what's next for our harbour.

* **South End revitalization:** Keeping that momentum going, making sure our historic core gets the attention it needs.

* **Permit watch:** Always good to know what's being built, right? Keeps the city moving forward.

It's all about how Saint John keeps growing and changing. Even when the official data's quiet, the city's always got a pulse.

Good morning from the Fundy shore — the tide's turning, and so is New Brunswick. Let's get into it.

Keep up with us all morning at mornings.live.
