Our property assessment highlights show three properties there are averaging an assessed value of $56,093,333. And Nose Hill Park, seven properties there are averaging $40,863,286. Now, for the average Calgarian just trying to get across the Crowchild in rush hour, it might seem like just numbers. But these are massive, iconic pieces of our city, and seeing those high valuations means the city recognizes their worth, both as land and as amenities.
