Winnipeg, a busy morning for our WFPS
Winterpeg. We built a city in the coldest place anyone has any business building a city — and it is genuinely wonderful. Good morning.

The most pressing is an active structure fire in the Spence neighbourhood, incident 2026068818, reported at 4:40:56 AM, which is still active as of 12:59 PM today.
