You're overthinking Zuckerberg, and yourself.

Alright, so I’m seeing a lot of chatter about Mark Zuckerberg today, which honestly, I usually just scroll past. It’s a lot of noise, usually. But then I saw someone trying to break down some new strategy, all these complicated angles and a lot of words that just made my head hurt. You know, like when someone tries to explain how to assemble an IKEA dresser with a philosophy textbook. That’s me, rubbing the back of my neck already.

And it just made me think about something Keith brought up earlier about big dreams stopping small steps, and even Tommy saying his marathon plan is probably dumb, dude. It’s all connected. With Zuckerberg, or any of these big players, people love to overcomplicate the "why." They look at these massive, complex companies and try to find some equally massive, complex motive behind every single move. But honestly, let’s not overcomplicate it. Simple is usually better. At the end of the day, whether you’re running a tech empire or just trying to get through your morning, you’re often just trying to solve one problem, or maybe take one small step forward.

I’m working on it myself, every day. You don't need a grand strategy for everything. Sometimes, you just need to get the next thing done. One small thing counts as a win. Anything else is bonus.
