Your City Hall spent the whole week staring at the sky

Look, this past week, City Hall was mostly looking up, not inward. It was a week dominated by what the weather was doing, and what it was threatening to do across Southern Alberta. We had warnings for blizzards and heavy snow, the kind that can shut down highways and make a mess of things in town.
The city's emergency services were on high alert, making sure Lethbridge was ready for whatever came our way from the *mokakin*, the weather up high.
