Look, this past week, the main conversation down at City Hall wasn't about budgets or bylaws. It was about blizzards and the wild weather moving across this land. The council spent a good deal of time just watching the sky, figuring out how to keep us all safe and sound when Ma’tápioyisahts, our Creator, decides to throw a real prairie tantrum.
