Look, if you were hoping for a week of big decisions and new city directions, well, you probably spent most of your time just watching the clouds, same as I did. This past week at City Hall, it was quieter than a winter morning after a fresh snowfall. The wind, though, it was always a character, just like it always is out here on the prairies, having more to say than council seemed to.
### Not Much Stirred
It felt like everyone was just taking a deep breath, moving at a pace slower than a Sunday drive out to the Kainai Nation. There wasn't much stirring, which isn't always a bad thing. Sometimes, a little quiet means folks are thinking things over.
