Well, here's the thing: while the weather is currently calm, City Hall’s official records show active, but unspecified, weather warnings are in place for Victoria. This is interesting, isn't it? The public alerts haven't specified the nature of these warnings, which means we might be in for anything from a sudden fog rolling in off the Strait of Juan de Fuca to something more dramatic. Beyond the mysterious weather, the City of Victoria's business licence data shows a rather sweet development. HAZELS ICE CREAM LTD has secured two new bicycle vendor licences (Licence #40784 and #40447) for a mobile business operating across Victoria BC V8W 1P6. This means more bicycle-borne ice cream, which, frankly, feels like a very Victoria solution to a warm day.
