Hazels Ice Cream Ltd. has secured not one, but two new business licenses for bicycle vendors. According to recent business license data, these were issued for "BUSINESS - MOBILE" in Victoria, with license numbers 40784 and 40447. What does this mean? Well, here's the thing: it means more delightful, portable treats might soon be pedaling through your neighbourhood. Perhaps down by the Dallas Road waterfront, or weaving through the quieter streets of James Bay.
