* One for 563 Redwood Avenue in ST. JOHN'S, Mynarski ward (permit: 26-135841 AS). * Another at 881 Main Street in NORTH POINT DOUGLAS, also in Mynarski (permit: 25-251332 RP), applied for by Wintec Building Services Inc. * And a third at 546 Renfrew ST in J. B. MITCHELL, River Heights - Fort Garry ward (permit: 26-124140 HO), with Synergy Homes Inc. as the applicant.

This activity is part of a larger trend, with 25 new housing units permitted this week across 30 projects in areas like Riel, Assiniboia, East Kildonan-Transcona, and City Centre. It’s a small number of units for that many projects, which means we’re seeing a lot of smaller-scale infill development, rebuilding, or perhaps splitting larger lots, hey. It’ll be interesting to see what replaces these structures in these neighbourhoods.
