Well, according to the real-time civic intelligence monitor data from 2026-04-30, the number one complaint to the city today is "Non-City Related Phone Number Request." We've had 3 calls for that in the last 24 hours, out of 15 total calls to 311. That's a bit of a head-scratcher, isn't it? It suggests folks are using the city's main information line for things that aren't actually city business. It's not a huge number, but when it's the *top* request, it makes you wonder if we're all clear on what 311 is for, hey.
